Candidates, Saint Paul Republicans

Meet the Candidates November 20th

Meet the 2022 State Wide GOP Candidates!

Hello Everyone,

There is a great opportunity this Saturday in St. Paul to meet statewide candidates for governor, AG and SOS.  The event was just finalized last evening, but, yes, it is this Saturday already.  The Meet and Greet will be from 11:00 am – 12:30 pm, Saturday, November 20th.  Many of the candidates have already confirmed they will be there and expect all or most to do so by the end of today.  This may be one of the last or last time where candidates are in St. Paul all together prior to the February Caucus Night.  Some candidates may be at this event the whole time, some may have to come in and greet people, speak and run to another event.  So, if possible, it may be good to plan attending for the whole 1 1/2 hours if possible to see and hear from each of the candidates.  That said, if you only have a limited time, please stop in!  Any amount of time will be good.

The Meet and Greet for candidates was organized by SD67 (Eastside), but done so for all of us in St. Paul and nearby suburbs, not for SD67.  So, whether a BPOU member, Republican or anyone else, please come!  Please invite your friends, family and others who may want to meet the candidates, ask questions one-on-one and hear them speak.  Candidates may have their own table and all will be given 5 minutes to speak.  There will be light snacks and refreshments for you as well.  The event will be held at:

Hmong Professional Building
225 University Ave. W.
Saint Paul, MN 55103

The building where this event will be held has a wonderful lobby and huge parking lot behind it.  The train and busses do travel in front of the building as well for those who use this form of transportation.  The building is connected to King Thai, which is on the corner of Marion and University, two blocks west of the State Capitol.  You will enter the Hmong Professional Building from the back.  There are restrooms available as soon as you walk in the doors.  The lobby is located as soon as you walk into the building.

Thank you!  We would love to see you stop in.  Consider bringing others too.
