Pre-Primary Financial Statements have been released.  Below you will find the Republican Candidates who filed financial statements to the Campaign Finance Board.  These are the campaigns gearing up to have yard signs, literature, and other materials in hopes to be elected on November 3rd.  For those of you who have donated to their campaigns, THANK YOU!  If you are able, please continue to help them through donations or volunteering your time when calls for help come out from their campaigns. Our candidates don’t have the money like the DFL candidates do.  They can’t afford to pay people to door knock or lit drop.  Our Saint Paul candidates truly operate a grassroots campaign.  This means a lot of sweat equity by us to help them win.

Get Out The Vote

A Letter From our MNGOP Chairwoman

Dear Minnesota Republicans,

We are just a week away from the August 11th Minnesota Primary and the importance of your vote and voice matters.

The left has long been positioning to change our election laws and the way we vote – by hiding behind COVID to encourage a system of all voting by mail.  Today, the Star Tribune, the Democratic Party’s media arm, ran this story to highlight, reinforce and encourage voting by mail. Click on the underlined hyperlink to read the story.

An excerpt from the article here:

Voters across the state have requested 10 times as many absentee ballots for the upcoming Aug. 11 primary election as in the primary election four years ago. As of Friday, about 545,830 absentee ballots had been requested, according to the Secretary of State’s Office. At that point in 2016, there were 25,930 ballot requests; in 2018, there had been about 54,265 requests by the end of July.

What the article does not mention is the enormous marketing investment made into promoting the vote by mail initiative.  From the Governor to the Secretary of State’s office: significant dollars have been spent on  direct mail to voters homes, promotion in local citywide publications and a public relations push statewide.

In general absentee ballot requests would increase this cycle with the onset of COVID-19, but the narrative presented doesn’t give the full picture.

If McDonald’s Corporation spent $0 on marketing versus the $1 billion a year they spend; do you think sales would decrease, increase or remain flat? This is the same concept.

The bottom line is this: the Democratic Party wants to transform our elections to all voting by mail, so they can steal the election on November 3rd.  Watch the video below for more information.

As always, thanks for what you do.  We must stand tough and strong and fight for our country!

Sincerely,

Jennifer Carnahan

Vote Endorsed Republican Candidates on Aug 11!

This primary season we have several Republican candidates that chose not to honor the endorsement process of our party.  The endorsement process is the voice and vote of our grassroots. This process is what allows the party to stand behind our candidates 100%.

Instead of handling lost endorsement races with grace; most of these candidates place blame on everyone but themselves. Their approach has been vitriolic and full of mud-slinging. Their goal: divide our party and force our organization to spend thousands of dollars defending our endorsed candidates.

It’s important we vote for our endorsed candidates on August 11th!  Please don’t forget to vote!
