2022 SPRCC Convention Call
Attention Saint Paul Republican Precinct Delegates and Alternates:
This is a convention call for the 2022 Convention to be held on Saturday, April 23rd at Advent Lutheran Church located at 3000 Hamline Avenue North, Roseville, MN 55113.
If you were elected to be a Precinct Delegate or Alternate on Caucus Night, February 1st, 2022, your presence is requested to attend the Saint Paul Republican City Committee (SPRCC) Convention.
Some of you may also be attending the Congressional District 4 Convention on the same day and location because you were elected as a delegate or alternate at your Senate District or House District Convention in March. Great! Please stay for the SPRCC Convention that will follow the CD4 Convention.
Some of you were not elected to be a delegate or alternate in March for the CD4 Convention. Guess what? We still need you!
Everyone who was elected a precinct Delegate or Alternate can participate in the SPRCC Convention and other future meetings.
Registration: 1:00pm
Fee: Good Will Donation from those only attending the SPRCC Convention (CD4 Convention has a separate registration fee)
Gavel: 2:00pm or 30 minutes after the CD4 Convention Adjournment
The Convention shall be held for the purpose of:
- Adoption of SPRCC Bylaws and Constitution
- Election of SPRCC Officers (each serving a two year term)
- Chair
- Deputy Chair
- Secretary
- Approve Appointment of Treasurer
- Transacting such other business as may properly come before this convention
